120+ modern, GPS-tracked units maintained to exceed FMCSA safety standards — built to win on every lane.
WIN.IT's owned-and-operated fleet is a direct reflection of our commitment to reliability and safety. Every tractor and trailer is preventively maintained at our Austin service bay, operated by CDL-A certified, background-checked, drug-screened drivers with a minimum of two years of OTR experience.
All units are equipped with Samsara ELDs, real-time GPS telemetry, dual dashcams, and advanced driver assistance systems including lane departure warning, forward collision alert, and automatic emergency braking on late-model tractors.
When our fleet is fully deployed or a specialized configuration is needed outside our inventory, our carrier network of 8,000+ pre-qualified partners delivers seamless overflow coverage without any compromise in standards.
Tractors and trailers across all equipment categories in active service.
Peterbilt and Kenworth Class 8 units — model years 2021–2025, all ELD equipped.
Dry vans, flatbeds, reefers, step-decks, lowboys, and tankers in active rotation.
Company and owner-operator drivers — all CDL-A, clean MVR, background cleared.
From standard dry van to multi-axle lowboy configurations — our fleet is equipped to handle the full spectrum of Texas and nationwide industrial freight.
Our highest-volume trailer type. Ideal for general freight, consumer goods, packaged products, and industrial components requiring weather protection.
Steel, pipe, lumber, equipment, and oversized loads requiring side or top loading. Tarping and specialized securement equipment available.
Multi-temp units for food, pharmaceutical, and chemical cargo. Continuous temperature logging and FSMA-compliant protocols on all reefer moves.
Two-level deck allows cargo up to 10' tall to move legally without over-dimensional permits. Ramps available for self-propelled equipment loading.
Removable gooseneck and fixed-neck lowboys for over-dimensional equipment, oilfield components, transformers, and construction machinery.
Stainless and aluminum tankers for food-grade, chemical, petroleum, and dry bulk. DOT-certified with regular pressure testing and full HAZMAT endorsement.
Every WIN.IT vehicle is enrolled in our preventive maintenance program with full DOT annual inspections, quarterly safety audits, and 24/7 roadside assistance. Our Austin service facility handles all scheduled PMs and urgent repairs.
Driver Standards: CDL-A with 2+ years OTR experience, clean MVR (no serious violations in 3 years), pre-employment drug screening, and random testing program in compliance with FMCSA 49 CFR Part 382.
Our owned fleet is our foundation — our carrier network is our force multiplier. Every partner carrier earns their place in our network through rigorous qualification and ongoing monitoring.
Insurance verification, FMCSA safety rating review, operating authority check, and performance history screening before first load.
Carrier safety profiles monitored daily via FMCSA SAFER and third-party monitoring platforms. Non-compliant carriers are removed immediately.
Top-performing carriers earn volume commitments and preferred lane assignments. Poor performers are managed out — no exceptions for client loads.
