WIN.IT's owned-and-operated fleet is a direct reflection of our commitment to reliability and safety. Every tractor and trailer is preventively maintained at our Austin service bay, operated by CDL-A certified, background-checked, drug-screened drivers with a minimum of two years of OTR experience.

All units are equipped with Samsara ELDs, real-time GPS telemetry, dual dashcams, and advanced driver assistance systems including lane departure warning, forward collision alert, and automatic emergency braking on late-model tractors.

When our fleet is fully deployed or a specialized configuration is needed outside our inventory, our carrier network of 8,000+ pre-qualified partners delivers seamless overflow coverage without any compromise in standards.

Our highest-volume trailer type. Ideal for general freight, consumer goods, packaged products, and industrial components requiring weather protection.

Every WIN.IT vehicle is enrolled in our preventive maintenance program with full DOT annual inspections, quarterly safety audits, and 24/7 roadside assistance. Our Austin service facility handles all scheduled PMs and urgent repairs.

Driver Standards: CDL-A with 2+ years OTR experience, clean MVR (no serious violations in 3 years), pre-employment drug screening, and random testing program in compliance with FMCSA 49 CFR Part 382.

Pre-Qualification Standards

Insurance verification, FMCSA safety rating review, operating authority check, and performance history screening before first load.

Daily Safety Monitoring

Carrier safety profiles monitored daily via FMCSA SAFER and third-party monitoring platforms. Non-compliant carriers are removed immediately.

Performance Tiers

Top-performing carriers earn volume commitments and preferred lane assignments. Poor performers are managed out — no exceptions for client loads.
