WIN.IT Texas Supply Chain INC was founded in 2014 by veterans of the transportation and supply chain industries who shared a conviction: Texas businesses deserve a logistics partner that approaches freight with the same discipline and intensity they bring to their own operations.

The name WIN.IT reflects our founding principle — every engagement is engineered to help our clients win. Win on cost. Win on delivery performance. Win on supply chain resilience. We don't measure success by revenue; we measure it by the outcomes we create for the clients who trust us with their freight.

From our Austin headquarters at 5900 Balcones Drive, we serve clients across manufacturing, energy, healthcare, technology, and construction — delivering proven logistics performance across Texas and nationwide.

10 Years of Growth

From a two-person freight operation to a full-service logistics company — every milestone earned through client trust and operational excellence.

2014

Founded in Austin

WIN.IT established by Marcus Quinn and Diana Reyes as a freight consultancy focused on carrier negotiations and lane optimization for central Texas manufacturers.

2017

First Owned Fleet

Acquired 16 Class 8 tractors and 30 trailers, becoming an asset-based carrier with FTL, flatbed, and temperature-controlled capabilities.

2019

Warehousing Launch

Opened a 140,000 sq ft distribution center in North Austin, adding 3PL fulfillment, cross-docking, and inventory management to our service portfolio.

2022

Consulting Practice

Launched a dedicated supply chain consulting division, serving enterprise clients with network design, TMS implementation, and S&OP advisory services.

2024

National Reach

Fleet surpassed 120 units. Expanded operations to San Antonio and Houston. Workforce reached 100+ professionals. 700+ active client relationships nationwide.
